Intranet: a list of features

  • Home view with calendar overview. News and social feed with comments. Image and video support. Global and personal shortcuts. Upcoming news are published with future publication dates. Additional information is presented for HR and IT roles.
  • Company group functions: The entire group can interact, but routines and news can also be limited to certain businesses. Different parts of the group can have their own graphic profile, and functionality in the system can be controlled based on the specific needs of the group company.
  • Management and quality systems to build structured procedures for certification according to ISO or FR2000. Deviations and suggestions for improvement are handled within the system, as are accidents and incidents. Whistle-blowing functionality (including anonymous, via a third party) is integrated.
  • There is a discussion forum, for structured knowledge feedback.
  • Customers, suppliers and contacts are managed with quick lists, searchability and CRM functions.
  • Competence documentation for internal and external resources – to easily see who possesses certain knowledge. Content can be 'tagged' with skills and links to documentation.
